It's never fun when your pet needs to go to the vet, their team has been great every time.
I cannot express how helpful this Vet is. Submitted a new patient request this morning almost three hours before they opened, and within an hour had an appointment. The staff is very caring, and thorough. Their attention to detail while explaining the treatment/exam process is amazing. Appointment took about 2 hours total including sedation, and they called me three times to keep me informed of what was going on with our old man! Thank you guys so much for taking great care of Bo! I had an outstanding experience with VSCS Urgent Care. I suspected my dog had swallowed something that might not pass, so I submitted a new patient form and left a message. They responded almost immediately by email and followed up first thing the next morning.
