I have never felt so comfortable at an urgent care visit. The whole process Ben and Dana made sure I knew what was going on, explained in depth what was needed, how much it would cost, and made sure Tookie and I felt as good as we could about everything. Tookie for being under the weather felt very comfortable with both of them. I'm so glad they made a visit that had us both stressed as comfortable as they did.
I have been here on several occasions but never had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Ben in person. I have been going through a very hard time after getting the worst possible news about my cat but after getting a call back from him today it really helped relieve a lot of stress by giving me so much feedback on a variety of different concerns I have. I am very grateful and figured leaving a review was the least i could do. Jeff
My kitty had gasto issues. My vet rarely has openings. The veterinary center got her in fast. I just can't thank them all enough.
Wife said she can't ever get a hold of anyone there except the person at the front desk which isnt very reassuring when you have things that you need to get in order. Shes been a mess all week and the lack of communication and cooperation has only heightened it. When spending thousands of dollars you want to feel like you are valued.
