Had to take our dog, Mabel, here as our normal vets office was booked. It was supposed to be a one time visit but with their availability, fear free protocols, great environment, and incredibly knowledgeable doctor and staff, I think we will have to switch to this office! We’re so impressed. I’ve never been to a vets office where my dog has received such fantastic care and compassion.
Had 2 cats that needed to be fixed and they knew I was on a time frame and they got both cats in and taken care. Everyone was wonderful to work with and took great care of the cats. Also very good at following up on how the cats were doing.
Dr. VonAlmen and her entire staff are so considerate and work so well with our dogs! One of our dogs is a bit insecure around new people, especially when they need to examine him. But Oreo immediately warmed up to the entire team because they actually practice Fear Free protocols! Dr. VonAlmen was incredibly thorough and detailed in helping us understand all available treatment options. I can't recommend them highly enough!
I cannot say enough good things about Waterville Animal Group! We came to them when one of our dogs started having allergies. The first day we walked in we felt so welcome. They took the time to fully understand what was going on with our dog and gave him all the snuggles while they checked him out. Dr. VonAlmen is very thorough when explaining everything and puts it in terms that are easy to understand. I am beyond impressed with WAG and would highly recommend them!
We had such a wonderful experience today! The entire staff was incredibly professional and treated Cooper like he was part of their family. I am beyond grateful we found Dr. VonAlmen - Her care and compassion truly stand out!
