We recently had a terrible scare with our cat Shadow. At the time, our previous vet was booked out, so we decided to call WAG since they are right down the road from our house to see if there was any chance they could see us. They immediately got us in within the hour! The entire staff is extremely friendly, accommodating, and informative. They did not beat around the bush with us or the situation. Dr. VonAlmen and her staff were great! My poor pup Mako had me worried all weekend with vomiting and diarrhea- WAG got us in Monday morning and treated Mako great! He is already feeling better! We will definitely be back for wellness visits!
Dr VonAlmen is the BEST! It is clear the whole staff cares greatly for your pet. They talk you through everything and support educated decision-making. This is a modern vet clinic with a small business feel because it's locally owned! Your pets are in the best care. Dodi was loving every minute of it.
Our Tiny (aka Timmy) had a full workup here about a year ago due to the unfortunate suspicion of renal dysplasia. The service was outstanding, thorough, and compassionate. Although the tests confirmed our worst fears, we finally had answers and it gave us confirmation of what we were up against. Everything was explained in detail and all our questions were patiently and thoroughly answered. This helped us tremendously to have a bit more closure when we lost our sweet boy not long after.
