Incredible experience. Wonderful staff. Highly recommend!
The whole experience at Waterville Animal Group really feels like a family operation. We have three pets that are patients here and its incredible the way the staff actually remembers certain personal details about us as pet parents and the way we care for our pets in just the short time we have been patients there. Dr. Vonalmen is always so thorough and reassuring with her care and I just can't say enough about the rest of the staff!
Dr. Von Allman and the rest of the staff were very welcoming (new patients), kind and understanding. So happy I decided to make this switch for my fur babies!
Great place to take your pets. The staff is great! Both the staff and Dr. took their time with my puppy in the examination as well as answering all of our questions as it has been 25 years since we've had a puppy. There was no rush to get us out of there.
Top notch customer service close to home! Everyone from the receptionist to the vet and techs were all amazing and caring. We were brought in same day emergency for my daughter’s dog who lives outta town. Very reasonably priced and extremely thorough care given. We appreciate the immediate care!
