Staff and doctors were amazing. I appreciated their kindness and thoroughness. The only negative is when it got late there was no one accessible to reach out to for helping us go out to take our dog to potty or to let us back in. Eventually we waved at someone through the window in a locked door and she got someone else to come let us out and back in. Please note: the 1207 address on this listing is incorrect. I submitted a change but I don’t know if it will get updated. Use the one on the website.

Dr. Shores is the Best. He took total care of our Holly. She is out of 90% of her pain. Wow!
The people were wonderful, very compassionate and professional. Even though our results were poor, they handled the news as gently as they could and gave us every possible option available to us to move forward.
