Not compassionately run by the administrators. My dog passed away from complications from an anemic disease On a Friday and I received a text to pay a 2583.00 fee with no explanation on the following Tuesday. No condolence message in the text. Doctors are caring and quality of care is high but disconnect between the people running the hospital and billing you. I felt they should have given me a phone call and told me they were sorry for my loss and explained the additional billing fee. But I guess that is to much to expect f... read more
Tremendously caring staff at VSC in Buffalo Grove! Our diabetic beagle has been there for pancreatitis and their HBOT machine along with the knowledgeable, caring staff has made her feel like a puppy again. If your local vet doesn't have the answers, they will. Thank you VSC (especially Sarah)!
Castro had an earache his regular vet could not see him. I called Veterinary Specialty Center and was able to get an immediate walk in appointment. The vet provided great care. I'm seriously considering making her Castro's regular vet.
The internal medicine doctors are amazing. Dr. Noonan and Dr. Vincent have given wonderful, well thought out and explained care plans for my older dogs. I’ve been to other IM vets that do not give clear instructions or plans, but the experience at VSC has been perfect. Also, the value of the services is great, in my opinion! Thank you so much for your time and expertise to bring clarity to ongoing treatment plans for my aging dogs.
