The medical staff is very good, but the office staff is horrific. They care more about collecting money than they do anything else it seems, as well as enforcing arbitrary policies that are not client friendly. In our situation, our dog needed emergency surgery for ingesting a foreign body. He needed it, we feel good about the decision. This was not a cheap treatment though, coming I'm north of $10,000.
