If I could give negative stars, I would. Reasons we won't be bringing our sweet pup back: 1. After speaking with our family vet after our visit (he called us on a Sunday from his home), we realized that the advice and care they gave us was not appropriate for the issue he was seen for. 2. Nice lady at the front desk, but tech and doc were *unusually* rude. 3. The medical staff is very good, but the office staff is horrific. They care more about collecting money than they do anything else it seems, as well as enforcing arbitrary policies that are not client friendly. In our situation, our dog needed emergency surgery for ingesting a foreign body. He needed it, we feel good about the decision. This was not a cheap treatment though, coming I'm north of $10,000.
