TERRIBLE!!! Receptionist told me I couldn't bring in my sick cat 2 HOURS ahead of when they close. She told me to go to BUFFALO. She wouldn't even let me talk to someone else there. They don't care about animals. Just because you are closing this business doesn't mean you can just stop when you are still open!!!!

I'm Updating my Original -0 Review: Veterinary Specialists & Emergency Services closed on or about November 1 2023 ... Why then didn't this Excuse of a Supposedly Caring Clinic not Edit their Website reflecting the PERMANENT CLOSING DATE so Unknowing and very Distressed Fur-Parents don't go there only to find their doors are Permanently Closed 🤨 I only wish I could give this place a MINUS 10 rating vs a 1 rating the lowest possible !!! I am glad you guys are closing down. You don’t deserve to call yourself an animal hospital. Yesterday we had an emergency, our dog wouldn’t come out of his seizures. After long contemplation we knew we had to do the dreaded procedure to send the dog to the rainbow bridge. Our dog was screaming out in pain in the lobby and suffering.
