this place only cares for money, they'll literally rob you without actually fixing your animal. Provide minimal care at the most extreme top cost. They make you wait to stretch your time into after hours care to raise the bill. The did nothing but give me dog paracetamol and a bandage, she was covered in her own poop when I got her back. No surgery and you charged me 5000. I normally ignore "please rate/review me requests". However, on this occasion, you are worthy of a response. My pets are my life. The lady who talked me through the procedure (whose name has skipped my memory, sorry), was EXCELLENT, she explained everything clearly, she was clearly a dog person, and a person that can communicate with humans (that is surprisingly rare). She also managed to expediate the ultrasound because she recognised that I had come from a long distance. 10 out of 10.
Great place for your animals as all the staff love animals...unfortunately not all animals like them back. But they are patient and willing to work around such special traits
About 12 years ago, our beautiful wee Chihuahua/Papillion, Lilley, had an unfortunate accident, badly injuring her back. A big operation, rehab and lots of love later, she was pretty much 90% ok. Enough of a recovery to have a full and beautiful life. Sadly, today, the long term effects of her injury have caught up with her and we will have to let her sleep later on today. Thank you for letting her have another 12 years with us. She is a beautiful wee soul who has touched many lives and will be deeply missed. Thank you
