Thanks to Dr Jessica and the team, Mr Billy Blue survived quite the ordeal and is acting like his normal, cheeky self again. Highly recommend the team here as when emotions are high in the emergency space, this awesome Dr gifted me confidence. Chur team! I owe you a basket of muffins
Extremely disappointed with VSA Henderson. I took my wee dog into get a cardiovascular scan and the vet also said to get her teeth checked. When I arrived the receptionist @ VSA confirmed that they would also check her teeth. They did the scan but forgot to look at her teeth. I emailed them asking why the teeth check was not done and they said they would look on video footage to make sure I wasn't lying about the teeth. I happily agreed. Excellent facilities! Specious and tidy. All staff very friendly and professional. There was a bit of a wait but I guess that like any emergency vet. Got there by 9.30 pm and left after 11 pm. Vet and Nurse looked after my 35 kg dog very well. Also I went to 3 other emergency vet and all were full capacity or closed. Thanks VSA also got all the paperwork quick for claim to my insurance.
Excellent service in an emergency with your paw friends.. Clear and helpful information. Will definitely go back again should I require urgent care.
The receptionists and doctors were incredibly kind, respectful, and helpful. I was so worried and didn’t know what was wrong with my puppy; he was lethargic, not eating or drinking, and crying in pain. I had gone to another vet before this, but they weren’t able to help. Thankfully, I came here. They treated him with so much care, took the time to figure out what was wrong, and made sure he got the treatment he needed. I’m so grateful for their help and wouldn’t hesitate to come back.
