Would like to thank the team at VSS for the excellent work and treatment of my 7 year old French Bulldog Donnie. VSS performed his BOAS surgery. His breathing is so much better, pants normally, he doesn’t snore when he sleeps. While I miss all his funny noises, his health is so much better. Thank you Dr Jack and The team at VSS

Our beautiful golden retriever Gracie went in to VSS for stomach surgery in July 2023. Whilst she was on the operating table, she was burnt by a tool which eventuated in her having to have an additional surgery in September to close a large, open wound. She was extremely traumatised, took months to heal and never returned to her normal self — sadly passing away a few months later. We had to visit this emergency vet late at night and were so impressed. The reception staff were welcoming, calm, and incredibly helpful during a stressful time. The vet was amazing – not only caring and gentle, but also very practical. We felt listened to, reassured, and confident our girl was in the best hands. Truly outstanding care – we’re so grateful.
My Dachshund was ill, we thought it was her spine. The people here, from the front counter, to the Vet herself and the others were incredibly wonderful. Turned out, it was actually a snake bite, which they promptly addressed and helped with. Now, four days after my little Penny is finally up and walking again. Without their direct help, Im positive my girl wouldn't be here with me. Im eternally grateful. Thanks all of you
