My Dachshund was ill, we thought it was her spine. The people here, from the front counter, to the Vet herself and the others were incredibly wonderful. Turned out, it was actually a snake bite, which they promptly addressed and helped with. Now, four days after my little Penny is finally up and walking again. Without their direct help, Im positive my girl wouldn't be here with me. Im eternally grateful. Thanks all of you
We had our lab there Wednesday to Friday being in both emergency and then ICU. Wow, the staff at reception, the vets, nurses and ICU staff were the most kind and compassionate people I have ever met. I was incredibly emotional, they showed so much compassion and empathy for what we were going through with our little violet. We had to leave our little one there, the staff kept us well informed on the phone. They explained everything in ways that we could understand after being sleep deprived and emotional. Earlier this year our mini foxie needed a TPLO surgery. After a lot of research and inquiries with several VET clinics, after a consultation with Dr. Nick we decided to proceed. There were “cheaper” options elsewhere but the knowledge and experience behind Dr. Nick, in addition to his humble/warm nature and the time spent thoroughly explaining how the surgery works, it was enough to have me trust him to complete the surgery on our dog, especially since knowing he completed his own dogs surgery. We came to vss and seen Dr Nada in a Emergency she was amazing we lost our beautiful Archie on the 4th September way to soon and miss him so very much he was our absolute world thankyou for caring and being so compassionate he came home today and we also received our beautiful keepsake and beautiful words Thankyou again Nicole & shayne lynch
