We live remotely. From the moment our dog arrived at VSS Underwood in a pet ambulance, I was kept informed of what was happening. I was consulted about the surgery he needed and I felt reassured and that we mattered. The surgeon did a fantastic job on a difficult procedure and I received ongoing updates and photos.
