Veterinary Specialist Services Underwood is open for consultations from 7.30am - 6.00pm Monday to Friday. Emergencies will be seen on Saturdays. All hospitalised patients with Veterinary Specialist Services will be cared for by our veterinarians 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to ensure exceptional patient care for every pet.

We were given the kindest and most compassionate treatment by the staff during the last few hours of my beloved Ozzy. Thank you Vet Specialist Services in Underwood for making the process smooth so us, Ozzy’s family, could focus on making him feel loved while he took his last breaths.
Everyone involved in Clifford’s recent care and surgery at VSS Underwood has been absolutely wonderful. A heartfelt thank you to Drs Gemma, Lincoln, Steph and Cormac, the ICU nurses and vets and all of the kind and helpful people on reception. Everyone kept us fully informed throughout the process, helped us navigate insurance and made us feel comfortable and confident that Clifford was receiving the very best care. Thank you all for your professionalism, expertise, compassion and kindness, it is truly appreciated.

The ICU team provided outstanding care with incredible attention and compassion. The nurses and doctors were highly professional, attentive, and kind, ensuring both medical and emotional needs were met. The specialist doctors were also incredibly responsible and patient, taking the time to explain everything clearly and address all concerns. Their dedication made a challenging situation much easier to navigate. Thank you to the entire team for your exceptional support and expertise—true heroes!
