Veterinary Specialist Services Underwood is open for consultations from 7.30am - 6.00pm Monday to Friday. Emergencies will be seen on Saturdays. All hospitalised patients with Veterinary Specialist Services will be cared for by our veterinarians 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to ensure exceptional patient care for every pet.

The worst vet specialist we have ever seen in our life! We took our dog to see Dr Chris Halman. He told us that he will send us some information regarding diet as well as tick and worm medications via email. We were also told to call back on Saturday by 11am to chase up our dog's blood results as we are going overseas on Tuesday. Nonetheless, no email was sent after the consult. My dog has been seeing Dr Hannah at VSS Underwood and we’ve been nothing but thrilled with the treatment Winnie has had. Dr Hannah is warm and incredibly knowledgeable. I couldn’t recommend her enough! We’re so thankful for her.
We recently brought our dog after her eating a whole chocolate bar and the team here was absolutely amazing to help and they even followed up !! Thank you team for your kindness and the good work! ❤️🩹🩷
We can’t thank the whole team at VSS Underwood enough Steph, Josh, Sophie ,Peter , Else and all the receptionists , everyone who has help give our beautiful girl some extra time , everyday the staff have gone above and beyond to keep us updated ,accomodate us visiting at all hours of the day and overall keeping Bonnie comfortable, she is home now , for how long we don’t know , but she is happy and so are we . Thank you to all the team ❤️❤️❤️
VSS have been absolutely amazing, when our puppy decided to follow our cat onto our balcony railing resulting with a fall from the second story, they were kind, professional and excellent. The vet was willing to go above and beyond as our pup had a heart condition that needed special care, consulting with the cardiologist for the best course of action for the best outcome for Jessi. I could not be happier with the respect and knowledge they have.
