Very impressed and grateful to Bec and her Team, our little yorkie was given the best care and attention, the follow up was exceptional and Bec demeanour, explainignof the procedure and experience was wonderful. Highly recommend, he came thru 2 big removals with less upset than just having his teeth cleaned at the regular vet.
I came in as in an emergency with my dog. I was extremely stressed and upset. I just wanted to write a review on the exceptional customer service I received from the beautiful and professional care I received from your receptionist Aisha and Annie who where so compassionate,.and friendly and made me feel extremely important and really helped me in my time of crisis thankyou again I appreciate it.
After visiting multiple specialists we decided to go with Dr Abbie Tipler. After calling VSS for some advice (before any appointments or payments!) Dr Abbie called us back later to fully explain and answer questions in her own time. Other specialists billed us $$$ to provide one word answers to our questions. She clearly cares about the animals, is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our questions.
