Took our girl Frankie to the Underwood clinic and the customer service was wonderful. The staff were very welcoming and the Vet Specialists were very professional and very understanding with communication. I would definately return if needed.

My border collie Harlow has visited Veterinary Specialist Services Carrara on multiple occasions due to recurrent hip dislocations. This time, she required a toggle (artificial ligament) surgery. I cannot praise this specialist veterinary service high enough. They were caring and compassionate towards my cat, Bailey. They delivered professional, expert care from admission to discharge. They vet on duty called me regularly each day to update me on Bailey's progress. They explained all investigations and treatments clearly, as well estimated costs. Chronically ill dog with morning vomiting, Uss originally and follow up Uss and Endo. Dr Barron is great and saw him both times. Experienced, friendly, listens, good discussion and planning, and great with dog.
