Third update: If you leave a honest negative review on Facebook, they block you and remove the review. How very honest of them. Total scammers and terrible people. Trying to blame their mistakes and faults on my emotions surrounding a “difficult diagnosis”. Gaslighting at its finest. Second Update: I spent $2000 and this vet misdiagnosed my cat. Amazing staff! Every person I encountered from the front desk, to each doctor and member of the clinical staff, treated me and my pup with such kindness, expertise, and care. It’s never fun to have a sick pet, but it sure is nice to have a knowledgeable and wonderful team of people to help make things better. Thank you from June and her mom Erin!
Vsp in my experience was excellent. I arrived yesterday with a kitten i had found in the road the night prior. Among arrival due to her condition they took her back immediately. They walked me through the entire process if what was to come. Possible next steps for her. And options for me in terms of the kittens well being. The nurse was wonderful.
