We were very impressed with the care and compassion from the staff at VSP in Middletown. While our experience was tragic, the staff made us feel so special and were a blessing to my family. Thank you!
I brought my dog here last year for the first time due to trouble with her breathing and knowing something was wrong. They did a lot of diagnostic testing and were able to diagnose her with CHF, and put her on medication. They were great and caring. I understand some of the scans and testing that was needed would be expensive, but did not expect it to be $3000. My first time here and my experience was nothing short of amazing. I did not have to wait long for my dog to be seen and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful! They’re very transparent about pricing and treatment also. I am so glad this place exists!
Incredibly compassionate care when we had to put our beloved dog down. Couldn't ask for more kindness in a time of great grief. Then what they did AFTER was unparalleled. So much attention to detail to ease our pain. Will be eternally grateful and can't say enough good things. Bravo and THANK YOU.
