I cannot say enough good things about our experience there last night. The person working in the front reception area was very nice very helpful and help made my husband and I feel very comfortable. Made a scary situation with a 12 week old puppy turn on so scary. This is the only emergency vet we will use going forward. I wish every vet office cared as much as they do.

I’ve been putting this review off for some time because I wanted to be sure I was level headed and rational beforehand. I wouldn’t come to this clinic again even if you paid me to. My dog had an ultrasound while at this clinic and when I arrived to pick him up i waited over an hour for him to be brought to me, i had to ask for him again. I got him home and realized they had entirely shaved off four of his nipples which they then argued with me about and said they were just nicked and had they been shaved off would have bled ... read more

I've been there now 4 times, each with a different dog. They don't push anything and they tell you the price before they do anything. The staff is wonderful and I don't feel ripped off. I only knew of this place because my veterinarian office couldn't get me in and I my dog needed urgent care. I whole heartedly recommend this place.

I had an issue with my Doberman and needed for her to be seen the same day. My vet could not get her in so they suggested I take her here. This is an amazing veterinary clinic and urgent care! I simply walked in! They were very kind and efficient in diagnosing her issue. While I was in the waiting room I met a gentleman who drives an hour specifically to see a vet there. I had to take my cat here on New Year's Eve because of some urinary tract issues he was having. On the phone they were transparent about pricing, and made it clear that he would be checked immediately for blockages. Thankfully his case turned out to be minor, so I waited for about an hour in a room, where a vet tech and Dr. McGill communicated very well about his situation.
