Thank you SO much to Dr Luke, Dr Leah and the team at VRH emergency for looking after my very much loved cat Nemo, during his stay when we arrived at 3am. The wait time to be seen was quick, communication and updates were fantastic while he was in hospital, and I genuinely felt comfortable, confident and relaxed leaving Nemo in their care, knowing he was well looked after. I will bring all my pets here from now on should I require medical assistance for them in an emergency. Thank you 🐾 🐈

Thank you to the staff at the VRH. They were exceptional during our dog's time of need - he stayed with them for 4 nights and we were never out of the loop. The support team and nurses very clearly cared and provided the support to both us and our dog. The vets and their teams were just fantastic - they clearly explained all treatments and procedures and we know that our dog's surgery was done in the very best of hands. We can't thank the team at VRH enough during what was a hard time for us and our dog. Highly recommend

My cat Freddy was in emergency care here for the past two days due to respiratory failure. I picked him up today. Thank you so much for all the team's hard work and dedication. The teams called me every day to update me on Freddy’s condition, which I truly appreciated. Freddy's condition is much better now, and although he will continue with follow-up treatment. I’m very grateful for everything you’ve done. Thank you

Poor communicators. Got up at 3am to make the 4 hour drive for our 7am MRI appointment only to be told when we arrived the MRI machine broke down the day before. This was the second time we had come for an appointment only to be turned away. A simple phone call the day the day before would have gone a long way. This was the second time we had come down for an appointment only to be turned away.
