Very bad service. I waited from 9am to 2pm. When I asked, they said that there was an animal that was more important than ours so they gave it to them first. I understand, but every animal that goes should be given equal importance.
The team of vets nurses and staff i, can't thank enough. The compassion and support and clarity put to me in such a stressful time means more than words can describe. I was blessed by the absolute angels can't recommend them enough .
The staff are so caring and professional. Dr Jana has been amazing and upfront on about the level of our puppy's full recovery chances. Whatever the outcome I know Arlo has received the best care.

Absolutely terrible service, if I could do zero I would. Triage nurse is rude, brushing off not only my concerns, but other pet owners as well in a passive aggressive manner. No communication whatsoever during waiting time. Been here for over 5 hours with no end in sight, you are charged $250 once you’ve been triaged so you either stay hours and hours or leave $250 poorer with no help. Would not recommend this place to anybody.
