We had a wonderful experience at the Emergency Animal Hospital. The staff were compassionate, professional, and truly caring during a very stressful time. They explained everything clearly and treated our dog Coco with such kindness. We’re so grateful for the prompt attention and excellent care. Highly recommend to anyone needing urgent veterinary support.

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent visit to your clinic when I brought in an injured penguin that I found on the side of the road. When I arrived, the staff member at the front desk looked at me and said, “Oh, another bird with such a weird facial expression.” This comment was extremely hurtful and inappropriate, particularly given that I was bringing in an injured animal for urgent care. Presented with concerns regarding my daughter’s dog, who was on a sleepover with us and became unwell. I dealt with a lovely bunch of ladies, the receptionists, nurses and vet, who all obviously knew their jobs well and whose first concern was for the animal. He was diagnosed, treated, and explicit written and verbal instructions given to me. I was very impressed with them all. Thank you!
