Referred by Banfield I was refferred to this Emergency Hospital by my regular vet when Jack was having a problem on a weekend. Thier vet performed a thourough exam. I found the vet, and staff to be very professional, and caring. The facility was clean. I would reccommend them to soomeone in need. PROS: 24 hour service for Emergencies CONS: none that I know of

When my dog got hit by a car when my dog got hot by a car I took him here and they took him back immediately. He had a shattered hip and a broken femer. they took such good care of him. they were so loving anf understanding. I called every hour or so to check on him and they uodated me everytime with no problem. They also called me after his surgery to update me. i would reccomend them to EVERYONE. They treated him like a person and not just another animal!

There are better choices for emergency care Have had two bad experiences here (same vet.) One dog was misdiagnosed and the other had respiratory arrest after anesthesia - fortunately recovered - (dog had had 3 previous surgeries and one after this with no problems - so don't know what happened there.) Plus, in checking the bill, found I'd been charged for 11 bottles of $30 eye drops. Will use Metro if there's ever a next time.

Best place to be They are spectacular there. I first went there over 8 years ago with an asthmatic cat. The staff was kind, caring, and generally magnificent. I clearly remember how wonderful the ER vet and the internal medicine vet were the day my 15 year old Nick died of his asthma in January 2007. I still have the card the ER and staff sent in sympathy. There are always there to listen and care. Now I have a severely allergic cat and a cat who just had pancreatis. They were superb in ER and in Internal Medicine when I bro... read more
