We had to have our sweet dog put to sleep. We paid extra to have her cremated and we asked them to collect her paw print for us. They said they would. We picked up her remains today and they gave us a blank paw print. They gave us a box as if they took the print, so imagine the anguish and pain we felt when we saw it was blank... this is after the insensitive remarks that we had to endure from one of their staff members while waiting for the vet to come in to euthanize our dog.
