The staff were very caring, calm, and helpful. I really appreciated the education band explanation the vet provided as we discussed treatment plans for my pet. Every staff member I encountered was extremely kind and helpful.
We have had an excellent care team at VRCCO. The vet techs, surgeon, oncologist, and front desk folks are all friendly, compassionate, professional and helpful. We trust VRCCO with our cat's care. Being provided with lots of options and guidance for our cat's complex care. Dr. Stockdale is fantastic. He is clear and reliable in communications and he is also kind and compassionate. He isn't afraid to help guide us through decisions, while also laying out all of the options.
Wonderful, knowledgeable, and caring vets/techs/staff! The practice is very integrated and offers a great range of support to enhance quality of life. I have trusted VRCCO with two elderly cats who received great care.
Went to the Vet referral center to see about making an appointment for my pet’s lameness. I was able to be seen in 2 days. After a thorough evaluation, it was decided she needed surgery, TPLO. They got her in the next day with Dr Taylor. They sent me notifications for everything: her surgery start time, her surgery end time, X-rays of post procedure leg, blood work results, and photos of her the morning after surgery. The overall experience was positive and addressed my concerns. The staff and doctor were professional and helpful. I didn't have to wait long and I felt like people were interested in my dog and my input. I felt like everyone cared about my dog. Dr. Kaese and Jenny were caring and inspired confidence.
