They took such good care of our baby. I felt like he was in good hands the whole time he was there. Just the care that the whole team had for our family. Everyone that helped us in this process was great. I wish I could remember names. They all were so wonderful and made me feel heard and taken care of.
Our dog had to have TPLO surgery on both his legs within a 6 week period. Dr Taylor operated on him for both surgeries and was outstanding. He was great at explaining everything to us, answering our questions and making sure we felt comfortable with the plan. Lorenzo was our dogs nurse and he was awesome! He made us feel like he was going to treat Bowie as if it was his own dog! Everyone there was very sweet and you can tell they truly care about the well being of the pets in their care!
The staff was amazing and very informative. I felt like they all really cared about our dogs condition and gave in depth information about what was going on. Dr. Taylor was amazing as was his aid that checked me in.
Had to rush my old rottie Daisy here for an emergency… unfortunately it ended up being her last day, but the people here are amazing and did everything they could. And after all of it they took the time to send me a letter in the mail with the staff giving sweet condolences of Daisy's passing.
Dr. Perry is amazing. We've seen him twice for TPLO surgeries and both times drove out of state to ensure our dog would receive the very best care. VROCC is a beautiful facility and rivals any human hospital. We were so impressed with the space, location, care and amenities. I can't recommend VROCC or Dr. Perry highly enough! The communication throughout the surgery day Dr Perry and all of the staff who helped us on Leo's surgery day.
