Wait was long, but to be expected on a weekend. Staff was super friendly and our dog got great care.
The staff were friendly and took time to listen. Both Jacob and Dr O'Connor were wonderful. They were caring and well informed about my dog.
My dog had a leg laceration that needed care. The staff were very caring, explained the treatment plan and options clearly, were flexible with my schedule, and the charges were very reasonable. If I ever have need for emergency veterinary care again this will be my first choice in Bend.
The staff were all very kind. They explained our situation very clearly and with respect. We also appreciated the amenities and snacks as we were waiting in the facility for around 3 hours. Dr Ellison was SO kind and patient! I've never worked with such an attentive vet before, even though he was dealing with much more critical cases than ours at the time - hence the long wait. He explained the procedure and cost thoroughly. Post-procedure, he ensured that we knew about any changes that occurred during the procedure.
The team was amazing. They were so kind and attentive to Bentley. They explained, in detail, the diagnostic exam, treatment plan and costs up front. While I was incredibly anxious during the visit, their kindness was greatly appreciated and helped alleviate some of my fears.
