VRA was absolutely incredible to work with during an emergency IVDD episode that my miniature dachshund, Bennie, experienced. They fit me in the same day and were very compassionate and explanatory in care options available to us. Dr. Kaiman is very knowledgeable and has fantastic bedside manner. The whole neurology team was responsive and compassionate during our visit. They performed emergency surgery and the care Bennie experienced was first class. Thankfully he’s healing nicely and is expected to make a full recovery. I ... read more
EDIT: Replying to the VRA team: My email went completely unanswered, no guidance was provided, and no voicemails were left. A search of my email folders show no response from Dr Fritz, and my missed call logs show no record of calls from your facility. Since I have successfully received your calls to set up my personal account and your automated emails to confirm my cat's chemotherapy sessions, there is zero chance that you have the incorrect email address or phone number on file. I only obtained Dr. Fritz’s direct email b... read more

My english bulldog spent 2 days in their oxygen chamber. A week later I go to my primary care vet and was told that the vet er refused to send over x-ray, not to mention i spent 7600 and they cant send the image of the x-ray so my primary vet can compare. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Before I brought him in, my vet called and set everything up so they know my vet. I am just blown away by this. Also if you call it will ring 30-40 times before someone will pick up, they are an ER but dont answer
I brought my cat into VRA two weekends ago, and she was diagnosed with high-grade T-cell lymphoma. She was well cared for by the staff and the ER doctors, and I was pleased with their care. I spoke to Dr. Lechner in Internal Medicine and Dr. Fritz in Oncology the next day. Everyone seemed confident and assured me that my cat was stable and would do well with chemo, which left me feeling hopeful and happy. Unfortunately, I later reached out to Dr. Fritz about three times and never received a response. I had some general quest... read more
