The staff and doctors are the best hands down. Very kind, empathetic, patient, and most importantly they care and it shows. Thank you to the entire staff
After spending a lot of time (and money) trying to figure out what was wrong with our dog, we were able to pretty quickly get an appointment with Dr. Manoharan (internal medicine) at VRA. Although appointments and procedures are pricey, we have now received months of excellent care, and a diagnosis that told us what was going on with our dog and what to do next, allowing her to heal and become so much healthier and happier. “There’s nothing we can do to help Sadie until Dr. Stewart returns.” Those were the words I was told after we selected chemotherapy as the treatment plan for my dog’s cancer. VRA was absolutely incredible to work with during an emergency IVDD episode that my miniature dachshund, Bennie, experienced. They fit me in the same day and were very compassionate and explanatory in care options available to us. Dr. Kaiman is very knowledgeable and has fantastic bedside manner. The whole neurology team was responsive and compassionate during our visit. They performed emergency surgery and the care Bennie experienced was first class. A search of my email folders show no response from Dr Fritz, and my missed call logs show no record of calls from your facility.
