Very busy hospital but it is well staffed and every person we interacted with was kind and knowledgeable
The kindness of these humans is immeasurable. We lost our cat and the only bright spot was the care and compassion we were shown as she passed away. Highly recommend.
I am late on writing this review, but in Feb 2026 I took my dog for a consult with Dr. "Ben" (Benoit) on a suspected nasal tumor. He recommended a MRI as the most conclusive, but gave all the other options as well so it wasn't just the most expensive. I opted for the MRI, and sadly, we found an advanced tumor in my dog's nasal passage that had already broken through to his brain. Dr. Ben gave me a menu of options and different outcomes we may get. Seen three different specialists there. Dr. Conway and Dr. Ganjei are great. Dr. Aufox is leaving the practice soon and that is probably for the better as I have never met anyone so obviously disinterested or with poor bedside manner. Seen her twice now and she has a flat disposition and is not very informative. I have to ask her for the next steps in care. Very obvious she does not want to be there. Front desk staff are fine. Joyce brought Jazzy (Jazmine) in for a laparoscopic splenectomy as referred by our treating veterinarian Old Mill in Leesburg. Joyce speaking: being new to the area I asked about Dr Ganjei on the Leesburgology facebook group. Handsdown the response was an overwhelming frenzied unequivocal go for it.
