Very nice people. Treated my 8 year old Bichon( Albert )with so much kindness. Very good hospital
2022 About five years ago my dog was enrolled a wellness pet care plan with a large corporate veterinarian retail outlet, where one of her mammary tumors was not removed; even though it was marked and discussed previously with the vet. Veterinary Referral Associates diagnosed my dog with high grade cancer (large B-cell lymphoma). Cost of chemo options was $5.000, and $8,000. All vets are expensive and this one is no different. I've spent more than 10k at this facility in the last 2-3 years. However, I don't think the quality of care they offer matches their pricing. Additionally, this facility requires 48 hours cancellation notice --you'Il see a notice that takes up half a of a standard page on your invoice describing their long-winded excuse for the ransom their about to demand. This review is on our Internist, Dr. Sindumani Manoharan. She is thorough and pleasant to interact with. Her team is all so kind and sweet and I can tell that they handle things with care. I felt like she was very knowledgeable and understanding as to each aspect of our cat. The prices at VRA are pricier than other vets closer to me (one is 4 mins away and another is 6 mins away and VRA is 22 mins away). Outstanding emergency care from the check-in to the vet on duty to the ophthalmologic surgeon who operated on my dog's traumatized eye. Dr. Crumley reached out before and after the surgery to discuss the procedures and aftercare and I was in by 2 AM and picked up my dog at 7 AM! Let's talk billing and pricing. Emergency after-hours specialized care is not cheap, nor should it be.
