Would never take my dog there again. Just spent two hours there and ended up leaving. There were two people ahead if me my dog was brought back out to me saying her vitals were good the doctor will be right out. Four people come in after me nothing earth shattering with their animals and they were back there being seen while I sat there for two hours. When I questioned them they told me oh a few more minutes I told them forget it I was here first yet everyone else's animal was being seen first. Not acceptable they need to fi... read more
Heartless.... money grubbers..... brought my dog in for an ultrasound because my regular vet took x rays and found an obstruction, they took him in the back room and a few minutes later came back out to ask if they could perform a parvo test. They then told me it was positive and gave me the options of treating or putting him down, when they gave me the estimate of how much it will cost I told them that I didn't have that kind of money ( it was an emergency hello) and then told me my dog couldn't leave the facility. If I can give negative stars I would. My cat was dying & took him here to get him on antibiotics or some kind of treatment. I paid for the exam which told me nothing I already didn't know. Then more money for bloodwork to try to find out more.....again....nothing I already didn't know. Anyway, I ended up bringing my cat home wrapped... read more

Our family dog, "Bear", is a little defensive and has issues on having tests done on him. We made it clear that we were worried and would like to know what is causing Bear's bloody urine. A simple urinalysis was what we expected but instead, the assigned vet asked us to collect urine from Bear outside so that they could test. We agreed to collect the uri... read more
I can't say enough about the care received here. Dr. Young treated my dog Samantha as an emergency. She was basically paralyzed in her back legs. Dr. Young was professional, honest, and gave direction for the best course of treatment and follow up and in the most cost-efficient manner, unlike many other emergency clinics in the area. I have the utmost respect for this animal hospital. They truly put your pet's interest as the main priority, not just dollars and cents. I will travel the extra distance for this standard of car... read more
