I brought in Asa (our 9 yr old domestic cat) to NW Veterinary Imaging per recommendation by our vet because I did not want to wait to schedule an ultrasound procedure which was going to be 2 wks wait due to mobile van scheduling that was not available at the hospital. NW Vet Imaging staff and Dr. Adams were all very nice staff members who care about their pet clients. Did the wrong scan so my dog got fully sedated for nothing. No comms to me about it, I just had to wait for my main vet to review the results and tell me there was a snafu and I have to redo everything.
My 9 year old cat, Frosty, was seen on 12/26/25 and they unfortunately found 2 masses. Although, it was not the news we had hoped for we are thankful to have gotten answers on why Frosty had jaundice. My regular vet (where I work) helped us do the final act of kindness for my baby and helped Frosty cross the rainbow bridge the same night. Helpful front desk staff.
Such nice and friendly staff!! Was easy to get my old girl in to get a quick ultrasound, as an outpatient was having difficulty finding a place to do this service for her. So happy we did find them, would def recommend and will definitely be back for future services:)
