Only 1 of the last 3 previous orders arrived on time. After some phone calls, I learned that both were caused by distribution delays from Royal Canin. Broken record from other's experiences on here. We ordered life-saving antibiotics from them at the recommendation of our vet. They initially said it would take 3 days. That was 10 days ago and we still don't have the medicine. We've contacted them 4 times since. No one could (would help us).
