My experience with Dr Cassidy and her staff was A+. We had to put our Baby Holly down after 15 wonderful years. As we all know this is like losing a child and as my wife and I cried our eyes out in their office that horrible day, the compassion from this staff was Heart Felt. I had my first visit to this clinic last week and was extremely pleased with the level of care. First, they schedule by appt which is important to me as time is important to me. I was amazed at the way the staff interacted with their clients and our pets - very nice and CLEAN clinic. The Vet explained the importance of ear care in Fla as well as other things like fleas year round. Im used to a colder climate. I found this clinic very informative and felt educated about my dogs condition when I left.
