A surgon can be called in on an emergency basis (like when my mother's cat ate a needle), or surgery's can be set up from referals from general practices that aren't comfotable with more complex surgery. I've had to do both for my pets, and found the surgeons, to be excellent. They explained the procedures well so I knew what was going to happen. They do cost quite a bit more than a regular verinarian, but the service ... read more
