Had an extremely poor experience with this lab. They were negligent with how my canine test was submitted and therefore had complications releasing results of said test to me. The man I spoke to on the phone and through text was extremely condescending, borderline illiterate based on his communication abilities. He also yelled on the phone at my 80 year old friend who also co owned the canine with me and had a right to see the results of the test. Had to have the state call this lab in order to get my results released to me.... read more
Very welcoming and helpful staff as I brought my cat in for an autopsy. Because all the construction made it difficult to find, the director, Dr. Zhang, personally helped me find the proper entrance. Very service oriented. Walter Groth

It was my 1st time ever going. For my English Bulldog necropsy (Autopsy). Price was like the cost of a couple bags of dogfood. The staff was nice & friendly. Called me about 40 minutes after leaving heading back home. A 2hr drive back home. I hope I don't have to go back.
