Thorough exam, gave me detailed answers to all of my questions and concerns, brought her back at her scheduled time with out any ling wait times as well and being able to book an appointment quickly/ get her in for the next day when I called, gave me a price breakdown for the appointment as well as having multiple treatment options with detailed explanations and more reasonable prices than her previous vet. Treated my pet with care and empathy.
