They threaten you if you do not put your dog down right on the spot. Offering overly priced services. And they are now harassing us over the phone to come back and put our dog down. Guess what, we’re not giving you a dime.
I just want to thank the entire staff, from the bottom of my heart. Spending time with my pup in his final moments was in no way a easy task. But if it wasn't for the accommodations they laid out for me and my boy, I would not have been able to find peace. I couldn't have asked for a more comfortable quiet place to spend our final moments together as a family. I will hold onto this memory as the absolute saddest moment of my 29 years so far, but also as one of the most beautiful. Thank you all for everything ❤️
The specialists here are so nice. Unfortunately, I've had two cats who needed to be seen here. One by Dr. Mortgenstern (cardiology), and another by Dr. Scaglione & Dr. Berman (surgery). I truly appreciate all these doctors have done for me & my cats. Recently, they performed a surgery on him that is so rare and so intricate and they totally aced it. The vets and staff at VMCLI saved my dogs life. Sadly I have had to go to the emergency twice in 2 weeks due to my pom having a collapsing trachea. Both times I was so happy and impressed with the care and compassion of the entire staff. Not to mention the vets I’ve seen have been so knowledgeable and really spend so much time explaining what’s going on and reasonable choices.
