I cannot fully express the gratitude I feel for the exceptional care my 11 year old yorkie received at this facility. Every staff member from the check in counter to the vet techs to the 3 veterinarians we worked with were all kind and compassionate with my dog. We brought Hudson in at 10:30pm and he was very ill so we had to admit him for an overnight stay. Current situation as im sitting in a room for 3 hours with my baby goose not wild but my baby who is extremely sick. Their lvt came in twice once to check its heart and told me the goose has a strong heart and it maybe neurological which is bs bc its leaking fluid from its nose and it's lethargic drinks a little bit hasn't eaten anything pooped total of 3 times since 11:30 am but its not an emergency i guess bc its a goose and not a dog or cat!! Between the compassion, the knowledge, patience and understanding from all the doctors and staff, I would not think of taking my pup to any other emergency facility.
