This place is pathetic and uncaring in so many ways.. perhaps it's because they are too big or understaffed .. but to think they care about animals is a far stretch.. they care about the cash and the money, that's for sure. But to find anyone here who cares for what they do is nearly impossible.. a very very pathetic organization of people who wound rather be anywhere else
they sent my rabbit home and said his stomach feels like he has a lot of gas and it’s painful but he is stable and it’s not worth waiting 4-5 hours to be seen. I am now at another hospital because he is critical. If they would have treated him first we wouldn’t be here . negligent and very poorly ran.
We have been here a few times for our dog and have had great experiences. However, last night at 2am, our dog had a seizure for the first time. We called not knowing what to look for, if we should monitor, or bring her in. The receptionist refused to give advice over the phone or even speak with a doctor. It seemed they just wanted us to come in and take our money. The worst customer service. They told me it’s a holiday weekend and they can’t approve the prescription for my pet. This is supposed to be an emergency, 24/7 clinic. Stay away from this place.
