The Doctor is extremely rude. The office would not accept a pet unless a credit card that you aren’t even going to use is on file. Extremely unprofessional and couldn’t even answer the questions I had for their system and the safety of the clients information. Would not trust this vet with my animal due to their lack of understanding or willingness to work with the clients information. Do not go here!!!
This place I thought was a good place to come. This is my third time going and every time I come they’re always trying to upsell you. The place is not clean nor sanitary. I will not recommend coming here. They start off with low prices and then they upsell you to have your bill come up to over $200 every time. The Dr. is not personable and over, talks to you every time. I would drive across town before I bring my dog here ever again. HARD NO!!!
My dog had a swollen ear, I am new to state so, my dog was also due on her shots. Just a few days ago, I called and they answered while on their lunch break. As soon as I mentioned the ear problem they asked me to come in. My first wow impression was the fact that they didnt ask me for the breed, so I knew then that my pittie girl was going to be alright. Dr. Green-Solomon and her staff are great treating our two small dogs. Awesome vet and better person.
