Wonderful just called the ER, said it was a 2-4 hour wait to be seen, that’s not much of a emergency service then might as well go to your primary and then she hung up on me when I questioned the time.

The day before my dog’s appointment, we drove 7 hours to MSP. The appointment was booked 8:30am the following day, tests were estimated to take 2 hours, and then back on the road home. That was the plan, anyway. Upon arrival, they said they ‘might’ be able to get to him by mid-afternoon. Cool. Guess I ‘might’ just chill in the lobby for 6 hours listening to my book. Please do not take your dog to this hospital to have a procedure done for heart disease!!! They are useless and will scam you. I drove over 10 hours to have a procedure done for my dog with stage D heart disease. They were suppose to help put a hole in his left side of his heart tk help with blood flow. He made it through the procedure. He has a rough couple a days with attacks which I figured was normal. At his follow up with his cardiologist I was notified that they couldn't find where surgeon put a hole in the heart for b... read more

This was one of the most upsetting and dehumanizing experiences I’ve ever had as a pet owner. I brought my dog in based on a referral, concerned about some unusual bloodwork and levels. The initial visit included rechecking bloodwork. While the vet provided an explanation (which left me more confused), the results for one of the main concern areas were inconclusive — most areas had improved, with only one outlier of the liver.
