The staff is totally awesome , I had my dog for 9 years and it did get to the point I had to make a decision and put my dog down when he wasn't able to walk in the morning. I called them crying my eyes out, and ask them the hardest question I ask in my life " can you put my dog down. " with no hesitation they ask me no questions and said yes we can, bring him in. My dog actually ripped the gurney they tried to put him on. And they were sooooo understanding and kind.
So grateful to the staff who agreed to see our three dogs on a Saturday morning after an unfortunate run-in with a porcupine! They were so prompt and helpful and their prices were incredibly reasonable. Such a relief for us!
Very caring and compassionate staff. They treat animals like their own and go out of their way to make sure any concerns are addressed. I live to many closer vets but after adopting an animal in their care I couldn't see going anywhere else. They are one of the best vets and staff teams I've worked with.
