Best experience! I am truly so grateful to Dr. O’Donnell and all the wonderful staff for their help with my kitten this weekend. In a moment of crisis, Dr. O’Donnell’s calm and compassionate nature, as well as her expert knowledge and guidance, was extremely helpful and appreciated. They took great care of our dog and patched him up. They explained in detail about the medications, ointment application, etc.
This place has been so awesome! Our Brixton is a long haired dachshund prone to back injuries. We monitored him on pain meds. Obviously it is so scary because that surgery can get really expensive. We wanted to wait and see if he got better and they saw him again and agreed he’s just still in pain. They didn’t push us to do Next steps which we really appreciate. Vet staff was incredibly helpful and compassionate. My Tillie got into something she shouldn't have. Front office assistance was extremely efficient and kind, the nurse who came in was very sweet (apologies, I don't remember the names it was a bad night) and listened without judgement. Everyone was very aware of the price and tried their hardest to get Tillie treated without us having to pay insane amounts of money.
