My cat Carlie went to the hospital 3 weeks ago and surely she was in a serious health condition. She was transferred to Dr Owens and his team and they went into action. Where to begin…Dr Owen’s and his staff are wonderful, knowledgeable, and compassionate. His bedside manner was very comforting during the sad news we received about our dog’s condition. Dr. Owen’s was very good at weighing the pros/cons of the procedure being done as I was unsure about how to proceed. He was able to aspirate a large tumor found on our boy’s lung via ultrasound. My cat recently spent the weekend at Hill Country Emergency Vet and at the end of the weekend, he was transferred over to the care of Dr. Owens. Dr. Owens called me after his initial assessment and recommended multiple diagnostic tests to get to the bottom of my cat's medical issues. He was very thorough and was able to identify multiple health concerns. My cat stayed with Dr. Owens and his team the entire day then was released to me for home care.
