Very rude... I wasn't a customer in their system and they said they don't take people from the street! What does it mean? I'm not homeless!!! I asked if they accept insurance coverage and they said no! What???? I'm very disappointed! I will never call them again and never put the life of my dogs in their hands!!!!!
Both Dr. Han and Dr. Chaitman are good veterinarians. Each time we went for a visit, they took the time to examine our cat. They are both gentle, explain what the issue is when there is one and answer all our questions. They are also honest and thorough. Last time we took our cat was for a claw infection. Dr Chaiman noticed that he was due for his 3 years rabies vaccine and offered to do it right away. Thanks to her, we are avoiding having to going back in a few months.
