I had to have my elderly Schnauzer put down and she had always been terrified of riding in the car. I didn't want her last few minutes on earth to be in a car or in a vet's office and scared. Dr. Claghorn and his assistant came to my house and she was put to sleep surrounded by familiar sights and sounds and smells. It was very peaceful, she wasn't afraid and went so quickly.
