They are very busy so sometimes the wait times for an appointment are long or you may have to wait on hold for a while if you call. The staff is very friendly though.
Dr. Mercier takes her time to examine my dog and prescribed a new medication for her, a suggestion is we should have detail information on possible side effects it would reduce call to the clinic, another thing I find is every time I go to that clinic the front desk reception could be more friendly towards clients, a smile and a thank you never harmed anybody
