Great staff and very helpfull. No complaints from me
Dr Rhahni and Dr Mercier are so understanding of your cat’s need. They are so empathetic and foster a peaceful environment no matter your cat is feisty or frightful. They listen to you as a pet owner and work it out with you if you have any concern. I switched my vet from Vétérinaire de Hull to here (Taché) because their doctors were absolutely insensitive. The technicians are also very kind and caring. Better said your nervous system feels safe here, nobody gonna rock yours or your pets system.
Service at reception is very hit or miss. We either get exceptional service or no call/email back and we have to repeat our request several times to different admins. Overall the quality of care is good.
