I had to say goodbye to my 15 yr old pit (cookie) and i was on a budget unfortunately, every vet in my area were charging way too much and it was like they didn't care..very cold no feelings for the animal..the vet on dollard pretty much laughed at me and told me i need tens of thousands and they would have to amputate and blah blah blah was so quick to jump to putting her down and wouldnt work with me at all price wise..but not in chateauguay the nurse had tears in hers eyes as did i.the front desk is amazing i love those l... read more

I had to say goodbye to my 15 year old cat Charlie today, the staff were so kind and considerate, I cried my eyes out from sadness and you can see the people working there are real animal lovers and care about the people , as I was leaving they gave me hugs and made me feel like it was ok to be this sad i will be going there for regular care for my other cat Mccloud. Thank you so much for your kindness ❤️ Charlie's mom
