I gave 3 stars based on the service and post follow up. I understand Vet care is expensive overall.I am not from FL at all. Being new, I brung my pup in the middle of the night due to him being ill vomiting his food undigested. When explaining to the staff/Md they did a preliminary exam, vitals, etc. the Md & Nurse came back and they noted on exam they didn't feel anything, his vitals were good nothing to indicate blockage. Dr Tom noted he could give him meds for the vomiting and meds to take home. I said sure let’s do that.... read more

My dog has received the very best care from Dr. Murray and everyone. He was paralyzed in his hind legs less than 3 weeks ago, but with the surgery by Dr. Murray and care from all of the staff, we struggle keep him from running and jumping. Everyone was above and beyond wonderful, from the front desk, to ER staff, to ICU and surgery. We are so grateful. Especially Dr. Murray. Everything went well and I appreciate the thorough explanations and time that was spent with us.

I had a great experience at this facility!! I was referred here by the Poinciana Pet Clinic when I suspected my dog developed pyometra. I have a 5 y/o Dorkie that was not spayed (not by my choice). My husband fell ill with AML at the beginning of July. My Sr dog had not received a rabies vaccine and needed one to visit my husband at hospice. My daughters Dale Bulman and Kellie Lane, were able to bring Abby in for a shot through the ER late in the afternoon and it meant the world to my husband to have her at his side. Thank you! The entire ER staff! Understanding with compassion the urgency for my husband with a terminal diagnosis and his need to have his sweet Abby by his side.
