We called ahead and was told to bring our dog straight in. Which we did. We took our dog in and she has a terrible ear infection with her entire ear completely swollen and needing drained. They told us to bring her right over. We get there and they they put her right in a room. Almost 4 hours later they, after I went and asked, they finally came in and said they have put every other animal that has come in in front of her and she has kept getting bumped further down the list. We have been here for one 5 years from emergencies and boarding. Place is clean and the staff is great. Little pricey but well worth it. Would recommend bringing your pets here.
I had a great experience at VHA thanks to Janette! She was incredibly kind and attentive with my dog, Caramelo. From the moment we arrived, she made sure he felt calm and comfortable. It’s clear she truly cares about animals and treats them with so much love and patience. Thank you, Janette, for taking such good care of my little guy!
I cannot and will not go to any other emergency VET hospital if not to Veterinary Healthcare Hospital. Everyone , from front staff to Vet provider were so attentive to our furbaby momma and her newborn pup! They walked us through every step of the emergency process and made us feel our baby was in safe hands! Everyone was so attentive but yes there was one girl that as I walked in immediately took my furbaby back as stat. Her passion and dedication was above and beyond what I could had imagined.
