Always great with my shih tzus. They always explain everything in a language I can understand. I would recommend this vet to anyone who had animals with eye concerns.
Dr McIlnay and her team are a great asset to the local veterinary community. They are exceptional at what they do, providing expertise, kindness and patience to me and my pup as we navigated a tough diagnosis. She is very busy, but any wait time was definitely worth it!
They are quick and very well prepared when you arrive for your appointment to make it as best easy going for you and your pet. I highly recommend this place for their great customerand pet service.
Great vet and care. Awful scheduling. 3 different appointments and each time had to wait 30-90 minutes past appointment time. Frustrating when trying to coordinate a schedule and makes people feel like their time isn't respected.
Dr. McIlnay is lovely. Despite this being an incredibly busy practice, she does not hurry through appointments and takes the time to answer questions clearly. I have taken both a geriatric dog and a puppy to her for help, and she is exactly the right doctor for pets of any age with eye issues. The staff is equally wonderful, all caring people.
