Wonderful experience with the staff and Dr
I want to express my sincere thanks to Dr. La Croix and the team for helping us through a tough situation with my dog Dutch. After our previous vet’s treatments weren’t working, they quickly diagnosed his severe glaucoma. What really stood out was how gentle the vet techs were with Dutch. They kept him calm and comfortable during a stressful time. Quickly gave him pain medication and a blanket and towel to lay on while doing other tests. My cat, Jinxey's veterinarian referred me to Dr. La Croix to treat her for her sudden blindness. My husband and I were so impressed by the compassion displayed towards Jinxey by Dr. La Croix and her incredibly sweet Vet Tech, Danielle. Dr. La Croix was very professional, understanding and patient with our concerns and answered all questions regarding Jinxey's condition. I would highly recommend Dr. La Croix. She and her staff are true Angels. BTW, the office is very clean as too.
Dr. La Croix is an extremely intelligent and thorough physician. Her staff is patient, graceful and welcoming. Their office took our 8 year old Boston Terrier Ellie in right away as an emergency and made the process as seamless as it could be. Don't hesitate to see Dr. La Croix.
Our 18 year old Burmese cat Cassius developed a melting ulcer in his eye that quickly progressed. Our regular Vet and my husband called all over Long Island to fine an Opthalmologist that could see Cassius right away. Not only did Dr. La Croix get him in the very next morning, she recommended steps to take over night to try to save his eye.
