I appreciate the attention and care they give to both me and my pet. It's such a stressful experience but you all make it much easier. I have seen both Dr. Telle and Dr Flaherty at the LIC location and both have been so caring patient to explain my cats uveitis and to work with me to find medicine solutions that work for both my cat and for me. Thank you!
In a nutshell, this place is better than my human eye doctor.
I had a great experience. I was able to book online over the weekend for an early Monday appointment for an issue that arose over the weekend. The entire process at the office was very easy. The doctor and staff were really nice and were able to diagnose my cat and provide treatments. I am very happy with the care that she received.
They are awesome the doctor the staff the nurse everyone so sweet and they listen to everything u have to say and address each concern and they are so gentle with the pets my cat has never been more calm at a vet would totally recommend them
