We needed an ultrasound for my cat and the staff and the doctors in South Deerfield were all very kind and helpful. We dealt primarily with Dr Federow, and she put our mind at ease about the procedure. She spent time with us and answered all our questions. Another thank you to Dr Johnson and the rest of the staff!
Anyone can blast a business with a bad, angry review. But seriously, if you have to euthanize your pet because of a health crisis, bring someone with you AS A WITNESS if you have to go to this place. They will freely lie in writing. They will mis-characterize you and not care. They will punish you by banning you and issuing "Sheriff Do Not Trespass" order. This is not a good hospital anymore.
