I wish I had read the reviews prior to arrival, but in an emergency, who is thinking about that?? I called Canyon Pet Hospital, our regular vet, to let them know we were heading their way, only to find they changed their hours and would be closing at midnight. It was 11:50 pm. I was instructed to go to Northern Arizona Premier Veterinary Emergency Hospital. The empty lobby should have been my first clue. Canyon was always busy, no matter the time of day or night.
