Absolutely horrible. The service I received here is disgusting. The vet has Absolutely NO respect for their patients. VCA, the next time someone asks their ride to leave the room because they are scaring the animal tell your vet to mind their own flipping business! The vet told him he could stay, and that "I will be here for you" I'm so disgusted. Maybe you should charge HIM for your services and not me, after all, I'm not on file since you gave everything to him to fill out. However, you did charge MY card. TF VCA?!
