People need to take into consideration that this is an emergency hospital, they don't know your pets as well as your vet, and they are an after hours clinic. So of corse it is expensive, but they give you a quote before they do anything and they give you options if you can't afford that. Both times I have been to the clinic has been between 12am-6am, so yes they do deserve to be paid extra to have this service available. Our cat was seen by Dr. Debski who provided us with a thorough diagnosis in good time. He also ensured that our cat was made comfortable before letting us know what the cost of the treatment was and what the options were. He seemed generally concerned about our cat which made us feel that his prioirity was our cat's health rather than money. I would take my cat back to him anytime.

Took my sick dog to see Dr. Debsky on New Year's day. After a thorough check up he realized that my dog had an infected hind tooth and later found out that it was a tumor in her mouth. It was a diagnosis that 2 other vets at my regular clinic had missed. I was impressed with the level of care and service we had received. Thank you.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET TO THIS CLINIC! couple of weeks back I took my Dog in with a UTI and had the worse experience. Everyone seemed to be more busy with eating and giggling in the back room, it took us a while to get them to come to the front and ask why we were there. After waiting for at least 30 minutes the Vet - an unprofessional , exteremely rude Chinese lady - came, I explained the problem, and she showed a face of fraustration, and asked the receptionist to take a pee sample from my dog who was peeing drops of blood b... read more
