Went there Sunday to get a lost dog scanned the girl up front was very rude and acted like we were bothering her She scanned the dog only around the head not the whole body (as it was an inconvenience to her )and told us he didn't have a chip Three ours later we went to Penny Paws and found out he did have a registered chip I would never use this clinic for anything

We recently brought our dog here for an emergency paw injury. The staff was polite, but the way billing was handled was extremely concerning. The first estimate we were given was $1,900–$2,000, before any treatment had even started. When we declined and said we would take our dog home, they suddenly came back with a “new” estimate of around $700. The treatment plan was basically the same just stripped of unnecessary add-ons. Extremely expensive and for no reason they literally looked at my dog and said THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO i had to ASK well can we at least do a test and find out the issue before u kill him?? Disgustigg
We were here for an emergency, and were taken very good care of. From the front desk, to the Veternarian, everyone was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and made us feel welcomed and cared for. I know we werent the only ones there, but they made us feel like we were.
