Took my daughter's miniature Yorkie Terrier and the staff was very kind, very informative, and helpful. The main Vetenarian spoke with me and told me all that was going on with our Pup, recommended me some eye drops, they performed an exam everything came back good. We have been observing our dog, and this morning hes looking much better. I recommend them!

My big headed American Bully Sam recently decided that his Chihuahua sister’s silicone slow feeder looked tastier than his own dinner. Went there Sunday to get a lost dog scanned the girl up front was very rude and acted like we were bothering her She scanned the dog only around the head not the whole body (as it was an inconvenience to her )and told us he didn't have a chip Three ours later we went to Penny Paws and found out he did have a registered chip I would never use this clinic for anything

The first estimate covered everything they’d recommend if money were no object, but they were just as willing to show me simpler alternatives that still gave Piglet the care she needed. There was never any pressure — just honesty, clear explanations, and compassion. I felt like I had real choices, not like I was being cornered. Piglet’s treatment wa... read more

We recently brought our dog here for an emergency paw injury. The staff was polite, but the way billing was handled was extremely concerning. The first estimate we were given was $1,900–$2,000, before any treatment had even started. When we declined and said we would take our dog home, they suddenly came back with a “new” estimate of around $700. The treatment plan was basically the same just stripped of unnecessary add-ons. In the end, we walked out paying about $730. What bothers me most is the lack of transparency. Instea... read more
