Dr. Tracy Cohen-Grady and her colleagues were amazing. They treated my pet with so much kindness and love. Most importantly they helped my fur baby feel better.
Our fur baby recently experienced toxin exposure to a grape. Other companies said not to worry. But we wanted to make sure as Google and the other places stated 1 grape per 10lbs was risk for poisoning and could be life threatening. The staff cared for our princess with urgency, keeping our family calm during the whole process and post-follow up care. We are grateful for their support. ❤
I brought my cat in Saturday evening around 11:45 because he was expressing unusual symptoms. I waited for about 2 hours, which was to be expected because I had called beforehand to check. Once we were finally being seen, it was concluded that my pet would need his anal glands expressed, which I had said he had a history with. I had two vets perform the expression in front of me. Welcoming, kind, caring, competent, and thorough. A well-equipped and staffed full hospital, not just a suite in a strip mall. It could easily handle a multi-patient emergency. Fortunately, it is a reasonable distance from us, and the 24/7 service is indicative of the service commitment to the community. Would use again if needed.
