The staff here took such good care of my dog. Caring, knowledgeable, helpful. They really went through extra mile and even consulted with specialists to properly assess my dog. The staff seem to love working at this company. Fun fact, the staff can bring their own pets to work. I just loved it and couldn’t recommend it more!
The staff is phenomenal! I took my dog in early Sunday morning (literally the only place open) and everyone treated me and my dog with the upmost care and compassion. We got some pretty difficult news, but I was so grateful for a location that reacted properly to a sick dog, not treating him like a cash cow to squeeze. I’m by no means “well off” financially, but I would give VEG as much money as I could to show appreciation for all that they do.
I only spoke to the doc cause my darn dog decided to indulge in some onion as a late night snack. I can't remember the name of the doc, but he was super helpful and professional.
After reading the reviews, I knew I had to make the hour drive to get help. Sadly, I had to bring my cat in because he was vomiting blood and acting strangely. The staff was so caring and compassionate from the moment we walked in. The doctor saw us quickly and started ordering tests. Everyone in the room loved and talked to my cat like he was family.
