I came into the center needing help with my pet rat who was cut on the eye and scratching it. The staff, specifically Nicole at the front desk, was so kind and helpful! I had such An amazing experience. She helped me get a cone for him so he would leave his eye alone and helped me pick out a good size. Thank you for being so great!
The best emergency experience I've ever had. The comfort of my daughter and her chicken were their top priority, they treated us with such care and kindness. Never once did we feel rushed or like we were an inconvenience. Thank you so much!
I want to thank Dr. Ferguson and her team for saving our dog Bingo after he was stung by a bee and went into severe anaphylactic shock. At first we didn't know what was wrong with him, and Dr. Ferguson and Co. were quick to narrow it down based on symptoms. From there we quickly realized he had been stung (my wife has beehives), and began treatment. We were helped immediately, communication was great, and they were wonderful to help us make the treatment affordable. 5 Stars for Dr. Feguson and VEG.
They were very attentive, and even when it was busy, they made sure that we got the best care that we could!
I was very pleased with the professionalism and haste I encountered from the moment I walked in until I left. Dr. Ferguson was very helpful and straightforward. The nurses were also kind and supportive. They did a great job at keeping the facility clean. I appreciated the open layout and their willingness to help my dog who is having mobility issues by bringing their equipment to her and not taking her to some back room away from me. If I need to make another trip to a pet hospital this will absolutely be the one I choose.
