We are so grateful for Dr. Segura and her team of nurses!!! After an absolutely horrible experience at Southwest Vet on 36 in Rosenberg, Dr. Segura was able to save our sweet baby Evie! We were so satisfied with the level of care provided and they even made us comfortable to stay the night with Evie as she was recovering. We highly recommend VEG!
Can't say enough good things about the team there. Very understanding and compassionate. We brought our senior dog Maggie in on a Sunday morning and they were very thorough and explained everything to us to make the right decision, which unfortunately was to put her down. The staff walked us through everything and gave us the time we needed. We visited here on Saturday 26th July. We were seen instantly by Dr Segura and her team. They were all very attentive and made us feel like a priority. A care plan was put into place very quickly and it didn’t take long to stabilise our kitten. We were able to stay with our pet and he received great care during his stay. We are very grateful we went to this clinic and would definitely recommend this emergency pet hospital.
Mike and the team are very kind and went above and beyond to care for my baby. they asked so many questions to ensure that I was involved in the process as well as made sure that my baby's needs were put first above anything else. I will definitely be coming back to ensure that my baby is getting the best care possible, right.
We are so grateful got the staff at VEG for being so compassionate and accommodating to our kitty Tango. It turned out to be a sad visit but were treated so respectfully at every step. A heartfelt thank you and recommendation for treating us like family.
