I know mushrooms can kill dogs and for moments there it seemed he might be knocking on deaths door. I’m grateful for your efforts to save him! Our bond will be forever tightened through this. Dr.Heineman and her team are amazing! They made my experience a great stay. The whole team explained everything and helped me a lot with my dog Bruno. I will definitely recommend this place.
I would give zero stars if I could. I had a traumatic experience at this clinic. I brought my dog in with severe respiratory distress. After paying $1,000 for X-rays and a brief period of oxygen, I was told she had fungal pneumonia. Because I couldn't afford the $4,000 treatment, they suggested euthanasia as the other option. We had to bring our fur baby Heidi in for emergency care at VEG in Sugar Land yesterday & Dr. Lee was wonderful. He was so caring & kind to both us & our fur baby. She’s truly our baby so it made a huge difference while we were so worried & she wasn’t feeling well. All of the staff & nurses were awesome too. Our girl was actually happy each time someone came in to get her for testing, to check on her or to talk with us. We’re so grateful for the level of care & kindness we received.
