Very kind and helpful place. The crew work very well together and you can tell they enjoy their work. They are patient and informative and generous, insuring that my cat and I are at ease while we have been here. Beautiful people with caring hearts.
This is a wonderful place to go if you are having a pet emergency. The people there really do try to make you feel comfortable and safe. I love the fact that they allow you to stay with your baby. It calms both me and my cat down to be allowed to be together.
Veterinary Emergency Group is hands down the best emergency clinic I’ve ever been to. My dog was treated for pancreatitis, and the level of care, speed, and compassion was unmatched. We had been using another ER in Round Rock for years, but VEG set a whole new standard. They explained everything, kept me updated, and truly cared for both my pup and me during such a stressful time.
