Thank you to Janexsy, Carly, Dr. Rodgers and the entire staff. I am from out of state and brought my dog in on a Sunday evening - the team was friendly, welcoming and comforting throughout the entire process. Appreciate you all and thank you for making Mr. Brody feel at home!
Had a scare with my 8 month old puppy, and the team at VEG was so kind and gave incredible care to my guy. Special shout out to Carly and Dr Martinez for taking such good care of us, and calming our nerves.
We brought our tortoise here for the first time during an emergency situation. The care was fantastic. Everyone was professional, polite and did their best to work within our means while still giving the best care. I hope to never be in an emergency situation again but if I do I know where to take my animals.
I’m so grateful we were referred here for our cat’s urinary obstruction. Dr. Rogers and the team were welcoming, compassionate, and knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly and checked in often. The finance department was also very helpful. The facility is well-equipped for both pets and owners, and the staff takes great care of pets whose owners aren’t present. It is a 24/7 emergency hospital, so be prepared for higher costs—but it’s absolutely worth it.
