I cannot say enough good things about this emergency vet. From the very first phone call, I knew this was exactly where I needed to bring my cat. The moment we walked through the door, he was being examined within a minute to make sure he was stable. There were several staff members involved, but everyone knew their role, and the process was seamless. The clinic itself is incredible, open concept, so you can see everything happening. Highly recommend bringing your pet to VEG. From the moment we walked in the door, we felt welcomed and supported. Love the open comcept of the facility. You could see the staff caring for other pets and families. It was a great experience. I love how everyone sits on the floor to care for the pets.
This place it’s amazing, I’m so happy I found them. The staff is great and they make you feel at home, they treat you like you and your pet truly matter and as much as I wanted to make surgery for my little one in there, they cared enough to let me know that because of the size of the mass it should be performed with a certified board specialist. Our pup had some weird vomiting issues we weren't comfortable waiting overnight to address. From the initial phone call to our actual visit this place was very impressive! They were very attentive when we walked In and seemed very organized. I love the open room concept. They even have a few private areas if needed.
