We were in Veg ER Winter Park about 2 days ago with our puppy. It was about 3am and the service was super quick. They gave us impeccable service, a lot of pacience with our puppy who is not the most friendly and get VERY nervous with vets. They have an open space concept which I found to be amazing because you could see and be there for your pup at all times. The prices for an 24/7 emergency room was not bad at all on my opnion. Hi, I went here a couple weeks ago with my cat Mittens. Unfortunately she was 17 and not doing great, we had to let her go. I just wanted to leave a review, because I have never been treated with such patience, thoughtfulness, and care with any other vet. I really want to say more about this place and the people working here, but I’ll just say what I said when I left- I really wish they had a regular clinic, I would never go to another vet again. Thank you guys for everything
They did an incredible job finding medical ways to deal with my pets issue and did not immediately jump to a surgical option which was appreciated. They took the time to explain what was happening and help me understand which I saw them doing with everyone. The office is open so be aware of that if you have a pet who cannot see other pets easily.
I have taken my dog to VEG ER for pets twice. My first experience was so amazing that when my dog got really sick again, I didn’t hesitate to take her to VEG ER. The doctors, technicians and all personnel are awesome. It’s a little bit far from where I live but it worth the trip.
