I brought my almost 13 year old ness to this location and I’m so thankful. As soon as we walked into the doors ness was cared for and loved immediately. Vitals were taken within 5-10 minutes of being there and we were met with Dr. Thompson!! Her and the nurses cared for Ness like she was their pup and they walked me through everything step by step. The team covered all the bases to make sure I could have many more years with my pup. I am so thankful for everyone there and cannot recommend them enough.

This is definitely not a budget option but if you’re looking for compassionate care with a clean and modern facility - VEG will take care of you and your pet. Our 16 year old dog developed bloat late at night. We chose VEG as they were the closest to us but upon calling, you can tell there’s a phenomenal level of caring from the staff. As much as I wish I didn't have to use their services, I'm very glad that I chose VEG ER in Winter Park when my cat needed help. It was my first time being to an emergency vet, and I was shocked when I stepped in that everything is so open so you can see everything and stay with your pet the entire time. This made the experience immediately better for me because it helped keep both my cat and myself calm by staying together in a strange environment for him. I took my dog Zooey here after she knocked the trash over and had a buffet. We rushed her to VEG where Elizabeth greeted us and checked us in. We were seen by Brenda and Dr. Thompson. The care was exceptional, all diagnostics and testing was done right in front of us where Zooey was as comfortable as she could be. I have never brought any of my personal pets only shelter pets through my rescue, highly recommend. Thank you for making a stressful night so much better.
