Absolute no help when I called in regard to my dog. What a shame.
We had to put down our baby due to aggressive cancer and Veterinary Emergency Group in Maple Grove was absolutely outstanding! The staff was so considerate and they have a seperate room for you to spend some time saying goodbye in private. I dont think our girl even knew she was at the vet at the end, I think she thought she was just cuddling us in a different room on a blanket, felt very much like home.
I had to take my cat Snuggles in yesterday due to rapidly progressing kidney disease, and then today I brought her back to cross the rainbow bridge. I'm very, very grateful to everyone there, everyone was so kind and understanding and very good at explaining things. I've never had a vet explain the process so well, and prepared me for what would happen, even though I've been through the loss of a pet a few times in the past. I truly appreciate Dr. Crystal and the Tech who helped her with her diagnostics. They were both comforting to me and were on my dogs level with him. They didn’t push when he needed a break and for being a busy ER I feel we were treated and out of there faster than I expected.
