I feel 100%satisfied w/Dr Swartzel and staff during our 9/20/26 visit to the VEG-ER Maple Grove clinic. Warm, attentive and competent! Our Yorkipoo came in with horrible breathing issues because of fluid in her lungs. The goal was to help her be a lot more comfortable (with the understanding it wouldn’t be a cure) and that was achieved. We are very, very grateful. LBP
Nothing worse than seeing your pet in distress but from the moment we walked through the doors of VEG in Maple Grove until the time we left the entire staff surrounded us with compassion and care and took care of our pet as if he was there own. Thanks for taking such great care of our Clancy and his parents. Thank you for being there for us this week
This was the ONLY place that would help us out with euthanasia for our suffering cat. Not only were they affordable, but the got us in right away, where other places were up to a 2 week wait!! Thank you to all the staff for helping out and being so kind to my bf Jesse. We will be recommending you to everyone and will be bringing all of our animals to you from now on. I cannot say enough wonderful things about VEG and the incredible care they gave us during one of the hardest days we have ever experienced. We brought our elderly dog to VEG after he had been struggling severely to breathe. We had spent hours trying to get help elsewhere, and by the time we arrived at VEG, he was extremely distressed.
