Huge thank you to the doctor, techs, and all assistants/staff for being kind, welcoming, and reassuring to both me and my pet during our visit. We were not experiencing a dire emergency situation by any means, but everyone made us feel cared for as if we were, took the time to explain all plans and procedures, and took my opinions and thoughts into account on her treatment plan as well. Never fun to visit the emergency vet, but can't recommend this team enough.
Thank you so much to VEG and all the staff who helped us with Erebus! We are insanely lucky to have such kind, skilled, and dedicated people working at all hours to keep our pets healthy. Being able to hover nearby and watch the procedure--and to see how gently our beloved but thoroughly uncooperative pet was handled throughout--was so much better than being filed away in an exam room to fret and pace by ourselves. Both pet and owner left feeling as though they had been expertly cared for!
They were so compassionate and caring when our dog was sick and had to be euthanized. I highly recommend them for any kind of emergency medical care.
Our senior dog Gidget’s upset stomach suddenly turned life-threatening and we couldn’t wait two hours for our regular vet to open. We were on our way to another emergency hospital when I did one last search and found VEG ER. They were closer and open 24/7, so we went there and I’m so grateful we did. From the moment we walked in, the experience felt different from any animal hospital we’ve been to.
