Absolutely HANDS DOWN the best experience I could’ve hoped for in such a terrifying situation. Everyone here does their best to make your fur (or scaly) baby comfortable. I really appreciate how they let you stay with your pet for as long as you’d like and they’re very thorough with examination. They do a great job with updates as well. Many thanks to the team!

My dog Benny was seen at VEG Oceanside on 9/15/26. We went in and he was lethargic, not eating, not drinking, very fatigued, and had a fever. The staff immediately welcomed us in and began his care. All of the staff was very welcoming and comforted us throughout Bennys care. We spent roughly 6 hours in the ER with Benny. They talked us through every single test and medication. I had heard this clinic was good and all the reviews I read were right. I was able to check in digitally before arriving and my dog was seen immediately once I got there. The attending vet was patient with my interruptions and questions as she explained to me what was going on medically. She continued to check in with me as I waited for test results and continued to pleasantly and slowly explain the information I asked about, even though I had probably already asked about it earlier.
