The staff was amazing. I drove from Temecula to get emergency help for my dog because they did a great job the first time. Highly recommend them.
Audie has been seen here three times since his seizures started, and despite the incredibly difficult circumstances surrounding each visit, the care we have received has been beyond anything I could have expected. Every member of the staff has been so compassionate, accommodating, and attentive, not only to Audie but to me as well. This past Wednesday at approximately 5:30 p.m., my daughter brought our beloved bearded dragon, Alan, to VEG for emergency care. From the moment she arrived, Kelly and every member of the staff treated Alan and my daughter with extraordinary kindness, compassion, and respect. Alan had become seriously ill very suddenly.
