Took my kitten because shes been having tummy issues. The nurses and doctors helped me immediately, got us comfortable in a room, and gave a great diagnosis and treatment plan. Everyone was very kind and lighthearted. The nurse sat with us for a little while when we were waiting, made small talk, and helped everything feel much more comfortable, especially for the kitty. Highly recommend this place for their attentiveness and kindness towards customers and pets 🖤

Dr Medina is extremely rude to low income families. This ER wanted $600 for a single x ray of my Pomeranian. And when I asked what the cheaper alternatives were I was essentially told I’m a POS for not wanting to pay $1800 for the visit. This location loves to nickel and dime you and if you ask for cheaper routes/alternatives to care for your pet you get told you’re a terrible person.
